Introduction to Soba Gura Yamagen
A 100 year old storehouse was renovated into this restaurant with tranquil atmosphere.
We only use buckwheat harvested in Uguikawa, Esashi and mill at our restaurant with our own millstone.
We serve hand-made noodles with freshly milled buckwheat every day.
Please enjoy freshly milled and hand-made soba noodles in the old storehouse.
