Usage conditions
| 1.Electric carts | 1. User is unable to ride bicycles or drive vehicles, or are otherwise restricted from do so 2. User has problems walking for prolonged periods of time due to disabilities of the lower limbs 3. User is above middle school 4. User must show personal identification; ID may be copied 5. User must be under 100 kg (total load) |

| 3.Strollers | 1. User renting for infants between 1 to 36 months old 2. User must show personal identification; ID may be copied |
| 4.Wheelchairs | Above elementary school and can be accompanied by a caregiver |
| Conditions applicable to all of 1 through 4 | 1. The user must consent to the "Cautionary points for users" on the back of the application form 2. Rentals will be denied to those under the influence of alcohol or are otherwise deemed to be in a dangerous condition 3. The user and applicant must be the same individual and renting on behalf of others is prohibited |
