The restaurant has been operating as a sushi restaurant in Esashi for many years, but the owner originally wanted to run a soba restaurant, so he
went back to train and reopened as a soba restaurant.
The soba is chewy and has a wide variety of set menus, including soba noodles and rice bowls, all at reasonable prices.
