Introduction to Teuchi Soba Nagomi
Nagomi was named in hopes that customers could relax and enjoy our ocean views.
We use buckwheat flour made in Hokkaido. The interior of the restaurant uses Japanese Cedar from the south of Hokkaido. You can enjoy soba with the warm and relaxing atmosphere of Cedar wood.

The Herring we use for Nishin Soba (Herring buckwheat noodle) takes a whole week to prepare.
We can only make about 80 sets at once so please call us to check in advance if you would like to make an order.
